Designed to offer guests a comfortable stay with all of the facilities required for a perfect holiday.
The villa offers the following facilities:
- 4 bedrooms:
- 3 doubles with full size double beds, good quality pocketed mattresses and duvets. One of the double bedrooms has French windows.
- 1 family room with double bed and bunk beds. Family room has an ensuite shower room. This room is accessed via a French window with access to the patio area and pool.
- All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables and lamps. All rooms are newly decorated and have laminate or tiled flooring. There are pedestal fans and electric heating in each bedroom.

- Satellite receiver with all of your favourite UK and French channels.
- For kids, of all ages we have a PS4 and a selection of games and DVDs – but feel free to bring your own
- We also have a LG sound-bar for the big cinema sound that connects to most mobile phone wirelessly so you can play own music
- WIFI:
- Available throughout the villa, router is situated in the living area. ADSL not fibre optic but plenty fast enough to skype those unfortunate enough to not be with you on holiday
- Outside:
- 80m2 slab patio area with table and chairs for 12 people with BBQ and large umbrellas for shade on those hot summer days.
- The heated swimming pool is 8m x 4m and a consistent 1.25m depth, ideal for volleyball where neither team is in danger of drowning! The pool is open from Mid May to the end of September.
- The gravel driveway, 30 metres long, is large enough for 3 or 4 cars, this leads to the lawn, 100m2, ideal for boules and it is where you can play table tennis
